Hatzilu Rescue Organization

Hatzilu provides the Jewish elderly and poor with food, financial aid, social work intervention and assistance, and emotional support during times of distress. Hatzilu maintains the largest Kosher food pantry in Nassau County and volunteers deliver food to clients.

Partners In Caring

Partners in Caring (PIC) is partnership of UJA-Federation New York, the Mid-Island Y JCC and community synagogues bringing a wide array of social services to the Jewish Community. A team of qualified and experienced social workers provide consultation and training to synagogue clergy, staff and lay leaders as well as direct social work services for congregants.
