For more than thirty years we have enjoyed providing fitness and recreation opportunities for people of all ages. Our Fitness & Recreation Center will enrich your life both physically, as well as emotionally through our extensive array of fitness and exercise programs.

• Workout in one of our fitness centers and challenge yourself on one of the many cardio and free weight pieces of equipment.
• Participate in an exercise class and workout your core (abdominals) or dance to the rhythms of Latin music in our Zumba classes. Our new FlexFit program offers members the ability to choose from a variety of free fitness classes from Sunday through Friday. Why limit yourself to 1-2 classes a week? Try them all!
• Take a walk or jog a few laps around our indoor track, and then enjoy a hot sauna, steam room or tantalizing whirlpool experience. Don’t forget to give yourself the gift of massage- for those sore muscles.
• For families, we offer recreational open gym time where you can play with your child in our indoor, multipurpose gymnasium.
• Roller-skating (Sundays ages 2-10) and climb time (Saturdays ages 2-6) allows your child to work off that excess energy when you want to escape the cold.
• On weekday evenings, teens and adults can play in our competitive sports leagues which, include Adult Basketball, Teen Roller Hockey, Teen Basketball, or and our new Developmental Basketball program for grades 1-4.

A positive, educational and rich journey though fitness is our goal for you. Our trained staff is eager to assist you on your road to fitness where exercise and wellness are a lifestyle and an investment in your future.

Babysitting is available. Workout, enjoy a class, meet a friend!
