Our Fitness Center offers people of all ages an extensive array of fitness and exercise programs, including, but not limited two specialty classes, FlexFit exercise classes, two work-out facilities and an in-door track. Starting in September, our FREE FlexFit classes will now be offered year round with no semester gaps in the class schedule, enabling members to choose from a variety of classes when the time is right for them. Also coming this fall is our “Boot Camp” classes which are designed to appeal to members who wish to workout in groups, but still utilize one of our certified trainers; an affordable option to personal training. Our staff is exciting and eager to share with you all the changes they worked so hard to learn and incorporate into their daily routines.

Free Personal Training Session
A complimentary personal training session is offered at the Y for members 13 years and older. Trainings are conducted by certified personal trainers. Call x318/x317 and set up your appointment today!

If you want to improve your shape, increase your muscle tone, lose weight, rev up your energy level or just look and feel better, the Y’s personal training program is for you. Our nationally certified trainers will customize a training program just for you. With our trainers, you can maximize your time and make sure you’re training safely and efficiently. Sports Agility and Speed Training
Get ready for the spring sports try-outs! Indoor agility training to make sure your body is at its peak performance for the up and coming sport season. We are offering four (1) hour training sessions with Jason Petite, a National Sports Medicine personal trainer. Take your body out of winter storage and get it ready to spring into action!
