Refund Policy

A request for cancellation must be made in writing. A $75 service charge will be held on all refunds issued prior to May 1 of each calendar year. If a cancellation is made between May 1 and June 30, there is a $200 non-transferable, non-refundable service charge. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JULY 1. This policy applies to Nursery School, Gan Teanok, Daycare, and Transportation deposits. Please also note that there is no reduction or refund of fees due to illness or absence.

Refund or cancellation policies for vacation programs and enrichment or extension classes are specific to each program or class. Information will be provided in each JCC seasonal program guide.
