Children's Group Lessons
Parent/Tot Classes
Each Parent and Child class is planned to give your infants and young children a routine instruction. Our instructors incorporate songs, games and toys into each class while teaching them basic aquatic skills. *These classes generally run on Sunday mornings.
• AquaBabies (6-18 mos.)
Join us for fun activities that teach infants to feel comfortable in the water. Parents will learn to hold and support infants properly in the water while Infants will explore breath control, floating, and changing body position while "moving" through the water.
• AquaTots (18-36 mos.)
Great experiences and exciting activities teach young swimmers to feel safe in the water. Techniques using parental assistance teach children water safety, safe entry, kicking, and arm movements. Swimmers build on-breath control, floating, and changing body position while "moving" through the water.
• AquaTots 2 (2.5-4 yrs.)
This class is designed for children who aren’t ready to leave mom and dad just yet. This parent and child class is for a child who has no swim experience or a child who isn’t comfortable being on their own. Each class is filled with engaging and challenging games and activities that will motivate your child to swim!
